France is in fact located in a strategic position, being easily accessible from Italy, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Belgium. This aspect allows us to attract the interest of many teams from all over Europe. A trip to Portugal or Valencia in 2021 is not possible because it would involve too much economic effort. We will then leave Nogaro on March 19‐21 and then move to Dijon from April 30 to May 2. From the 25th to the 27th June we have a Spanish trip to Aragon, followed by Le Castellet (16‐18 July), Le Mans (10‐12 September) and finally Magny‐Cours (15‐17 October)". How did the drivers react to the introduction of the new Tatuus T‐318 racecar? “Vincent and I have been working with Tatuus since the VdeV experience, and now we know their products pretty well. We were visiting the Concorezzo factory just two days before the lockdown came into effect, and we could see how the cars are designed and built. Tatuus is a guarantee”. How did the decision to adopt 17‐inch rims come? “With Renault and Michelin we decided to make an experiment, using 17” tires. It was a bit confusing for our drivers at first, as they weren't used to having such hard and heavy steering on a car. The idea was to get closer to Formula 1 and Formula 2 cars, which also adopted larger wheel rims this year. The halo safety system was also an important innovation introduced with this car, and just recently we have seen how essential it is to guarantee the maximum protection for our drivers”.
