42 IndyPro Rasmussen goes back-to-b The highly‐consistent Dane scored seven wins en‐route to claiming the 2021 Indy Pro 2000 title and beating American Braden Eves by Marco Cortesi C ourtesy of six wins between rounds two to six of the 2021 Indy Pro 2000 season, Danish racer Christian Rasmussen captured the series title one year after climbing to the USF2000 championship one year ago. Fielded by Jay Howard's driver development program, the 21‐year‐old rookie built a nice cushion heading into the last three events, and even a troubled weekend in poor weather conditions at New Jersey Motorsports Park didn't prevent him from achieving P1 overall at the end. Ohio's Braden Eves, returning to the series after missing more than half of 2020 due to a back injury, kept the dealing open until the Mid‐Ohio finale, but another win by Rasmussen and a P10 from him in race 2 eventually sealed the deal for the Dane.
