Both had endured a string of frustrating outings and hadn’t finished in the top three since their home races at Spa, but in Spain the Audi RS 3 LMS cars of both teams found a more favourable hunting ground. WRT’s Santiago Urrutia took third in Race 1 after delivering excellent pace in both wet and dry conditions throughout the weekend. Unfortunately, a mistake while fighting with Tom Coronel prevented the Uruguayan from recording another top- five finish in Race 2.
