The 2013 F.Renault 2.0 ALPS
championship organised by Fast Lane
Promotion got off to a flying start with
36
participating drivers. A success that
has been in the making since 2011
when, following the 2010 Challenge
Renault 2.0 featuring the “old” Tatuus
single-seater, the organisers, Domenico
Porfiri and Barbara Petrivelli, breathed
new life into the most significant training
formula racing category in Italian
motorsports since the turn of the
century, introducing the new version of
the Renault 2.0 models. From twenty
cars that participated in the first season
of ALPS 2011, to almost 40 on the 7th
April at Vallelunga. The category boasts
twenty teams from all parts of Europe,
including six (ARTA Engineering,
Interwetten.com, Jenzer Motorsport,
Koiranen GP, Prema Powerteam and
Tech 1 Racing) that also compete in the
prestigious European F.Renault 2.0
category; testimony to the high quality

Tatuus brand back to the category.
