wouldn’t be enough drivers to go around”.
How difficult is it to communicate with drivers
from so many different backgrounds?
“It’s not that difficult. Language is not a problem
since everyone speaks English, whereas
sometimes it’s more difficult to understand
different cultures’ approach to motorsport.
However, we have accumulated enough
experience to deal with those kinds of problems
too”.
Your team has expanded significantly with
respect to last year, has the mentality changed
too?
“Although we have become much larger, and
employ more people in our factory, we do try to
maintain a family atmosphere. It’s very important
to preserve the original spirit of the team and we
try to maintain the same philosophy and
commitment that we had five years ago”.
